A discussion of usless info I find laying around.

The name calling has been going on for quite awhile now from the left. I know it won't stop but at least can they give up on the Hitler references and come up with something more original. Do a little history search for evil leaders. Some examples Vlad the impaler, Ivan the terrible, The Berzerkers or Satan. This constant connecting of anything they don’t like with Hitler is just annoying but less and less effective. I am Hitler because I agree with the war in Iraq I am Hitler because I drive a car that needs gas. I am Hitler because I live in a house that is made of wood. The most amazing one is I am Hitler because I side with the Israelis. Please if you want to impugn my character because of my opinion come up with a better or at least more accurate insult.

I am going to predicate my next lottery ticket purchase on an answer to this question. Does anyone know of an electrolyte solution for metallurgicaly polishing 316 SST that does not use picceric or perchloic acids?

I picked the name Swatara because it is a very small town near my cabin. The choice was mostly convinece since it meant I would not have to type and submit a bunch of different names that someone else had already chosen. In looking up info on the word I found that it should have been chosen by some articulate conservitive with an odd sense of humor because of the following:
Definition Swatara Where we fed on eels
Definition EEL, has a snake like body with a small sharp pointed head and sharp pointed teeth.. It prefers to hunt at night. During the day it hides in the mud. When it is real hungry, it eats anything in its path. Sometimes it might eat its own family.
Now that is pretty close to a definition of the looney left liberals and of the MSM in my opinion of them. Unfourtunately I will not be feeding on any with the info or opinions I post here but at least I havea really arcane blog name.
The eel definition is cut from several real definitions and pieced together in what I thought was entertaining.

Old news maybe but which of the following quotes from Lt. Gen. James Mattis do you remember reading about?

In my travels through the net today I happened upon both and agree with both. The first I read in connection with a story about a brave Marine, Corporal Tim Tardif. The second was in connection to a lot of hand wringing about what Mattis said at a conference. In my opinion both quotes show the kind of leader we want in the US military. One that points out that we want to be friends to those that want to be our friends and to dispatch the evil among them with no remorse. Semper fi and ooh-rah.

I was recently trying to tell the joke about OBL and his expected virgin heaven (http://www.infolanka.com/jokes/messages/2664.html)
and I came up with another thought on what is promised to the Jhadists with the 72 virgins. It may be that they were promised exactly what they will get just they have confused what the result of getting 72 virgins will be. If one thinks of virgins as young healthy loving women that he will have complete dominion over this could be a good thing but if the reality is 72 women who spent their lives hating men and thus never having sex with one then it truly would be what a jhadi deserves. 72 pissed off naging women all yelling at once about all the things he did wrong. I think this is a pretty good decription of hell to me.
